What You’ll Do:
- Customer Support: Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, keeping customers informed at every step.
- Sales Generation: Support account managers by responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and driving repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Seek out new opportunities through inbound leads and email prospecting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales, Product Management, and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay ahead by participating in training sessions from Braemac and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level or equivalent in two subjects.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, logistics, or customer service that would add value to the role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (a plus), along with the wider Microsoft business suite.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- A confident communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
