An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Braehead Foods, a well-established and highly respected familyârun business supplying premium food solutions to the UK hospitality sector. We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of highâprofile accounts while developing new business opportunities across the HORECA and B&I (Business & Industry) sectors throughout London and the M25 corridor. This is a customerâfacing, relationshipâled sales role focused on delivering sustainable growth, strengthening brand presence, and positioning Braehead Foods as the trusted partner of choice for premium foodservice solutions. This is a fieldâbased role requiring regular travel across London, with occasional visits to our Head Office in Kilmarnock.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing key accounts within the hospitality and foodservice sector
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across London
- Drive sales growth through promotion of our Production Kitchen and speciality food ranges
- Analyse customer menus, operational needs, and market trends to identify commercial opportunities
- Build strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and foodservice operators
- Deliver agreed sales, volume, and gross profit targets
- Develop structured account growth plans and commercial strategies
- Present compelling business proposals and tailored food solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Procurement, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Production
