We are recruiting for a Receptionist at Braefel Garage, a family run business for over 39 years within the motor industry.

We are a very busy garage working on vehicles for MOT's, servicing and general repairs etc but we also have a recovery business where we assist companies such as Green Flag, AA, Britannia Rescue and the RAC plus others covering various areas of Cornwall.

The position is for 2 1/2 days a week but you must be flexible and cover when the other receptionist is on annual leave or for other reasons.

The previous receptionist is changing job roles within the business.

Main responsibilities: You will be the face of the business and the first person customers will see or speak too so you must have excellent customer service skills Use to working as part of a team Good knowledge of working on computers as we use 2 different systems for our workshop and recovery systems.

Full training will be given Liaise with our suppliers when ordering parts and making returns as necessary Responsible of taking payment either face to face or over the telephone Providing support to the Service Manager This position is to start towards the end of August/ beginning of September.
