Job Purpose:
To support the business and our referrers to maximise existing business and new opportunities for Brady Solicitors through effective client relationship management.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain and own the effective mutual relationships with key decision makers across the allocated client portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to develop growth within the referrer portfolio and areas to improve service level delivery.
  • Through a partnership approach, develop a working understanding of the client credit control process, identifying ways to influence and recommend improvements.
  • Work towards more accurate forecasting of instruction delivery, providing weekly updates in the LBA meeting and end of week pipeline discussions with the Director of Client Relations.
  • Understand the Service Charge workflow in order to provide informed and accurate information and updates to referrers and clients.
  • Early anticipation and escalating any referrer or client concerns, providing recommendations for appropriate remedial action.
  • Delivery against targets both instructions and activities that drive meaningful client pipeline progression.
  • Own the service delivery received by clients, ensuring that any issues are identified at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensuring regular feedback dialogue is in place with the allocated client portfolio.
  • Liaising with the legal teams to ensure service delivery expectations are being met, owning the client relationship to ensure that matters are seen through to resolution keeping clients updated accordingly.
  • Effective pipeline management and ensuring that the CRM database is up to date and accurate.
  • Be aware of other services offered by Brady Solicitors, identify opportunities for cross referral within the allocated client portfolio.
  • Working with Marketing to support events/networking and campaigns.
