Overview

Brady Primary School, an Ofsted ‘Good’ rated, community‑centered primary school, seeks a Class Teacher to cover a maternity leave. The role is part of a temporary, full‑time contract until July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate at least good classroom practice.
• Work with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Leadership team to support school improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date subject knowledge.
• Provide excellent behaviour management that complements the school’s outstanding behaviour record.
• Motivate pupils and staff, contributing to overall school development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experienced class teacher with a positive, ambitious attitude for pupils.
• Demonstrated classroom practice rated at least good.
• Effective behaviour management skills.
• Accurate and current subject knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
