We have a truly exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Executive to be part of an innovative marketing team. Brady Technologies enables energy market participants to profit in new ways from the energy transition. We provide software solutions to support above market returns from trading, manage power operations, manage complex risks in evolving and volatile markets, impacted by increased decentralisation, diversity of asset types, the drive for decarbonisation, and ongoing regulatory change. Our customers include globally renowned utilities, independent power producers, renewable asset developers, energy and multi-commodity trading firms, oil & gas companies, hedge funds and other financial institutions, as well as state power grid operators.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Growth Marketing Executive is a hands‐on member of the marketing team responsible for turning strategy, messaging, and content into production‐ready campaigns, high‐quality assets and clear performance reports across Brady's channels and solutions (PowerDesk, Igloo, CRisk, PowerDesk Data Manager and related products).

Key Accountabilities:
  • Campaign production & distribution: Build and send Pardot email campaigns, automation flows, and nurture sequences to brief. Set up and manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager paid campaigns, Brady's primary B2B paid channel for reaching energy trading decision makers. Set up and manage Google Ads search and display campaigns to brief; monitor spend and performance. Schedule and publish pre‐written social content on a weekly cadence, with a LinkedIn focus. Create HTML emails to best‐practice standards as required.
  • Design & asset production: Create social graphics, event collateral and one‐pagers in Canva / Photoshop / InDesign. Edit and refine images and visual assets in Photoshop to a high standard. Format white papers and collateral: turn text drafts from the Head of Business Development into polished, on‐brand PDFs using InDesign or equivalent tools. Produce motion graphics or short video content using After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut (desirable).
  • Brady website: Build and update landing pages and website content in WordPress, ensuring on‐brand design. Implement on‐page SEO optimisation and monitor keyword performance against competitors. Use Google Analytics to analyse and report on website and campaign performance metrics.
  • Data & list management: Segment prospect lists and maintain clean, GDPR‐compliant data in Salesforce and Pardot. • Measurement & reporting: Track campaign performance across all channels and compile results into clear, visual reports for leadership. Run Google Analytics reports on traffic, conversions and campaign performance. Execute SEO tasks including keyword tracking, on‐page optimisation and competitor monitoring.
