We are actively recruiting for an experienced field sales professional to increase revenue for Brady SFID (Safety Facility Identification) platform by specifying Brady into key markets and applications, driving sales in large multinational accounts, scaling opportunities through existing and new channel partners and creating beneficial partnerships with relevant parties. If you have a consultative approach and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs coupled with a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets then this role could be perfect for you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Further develop corporate account strategy, goals and measures
  • Create individual territory strategies, detailing key markets and customers to prospect or grow.
  • Identify key targets per sector, both end-users and channel and develop/prospect
  • Execute, Review and adapt territory plans
  • Execute own lead generation and appointment setting
  • Develop account penetration and retention tactics
  • Identify innovative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Prepare commercial quotations and respond to tender requests
  • Leverage solutions (scalable opportunities) across new and existing accounts
  • Create selling KPI’s, measure and report Revenue growth across all Brady platforms

Profile

  • Be able to demonstrate success in B2B sales with proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation and closing deals
  • Be skilled in strategically managing and expanding sales territories, including prospecting, lead generation and customer retention
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Proficient in analysing market trends
  • Familiarity with CRM software e.g. Salesforce
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or be qualified by experience
  • Relevant sales training is a plus
  • You will need to be willing to travel within your territory so a valid driver’s licence is essential.
