We are looking for someone who is:
- Patient, caring, positive and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and sharing ideas
- Willing to learn, take on feedback, and develop professionally
- An excellent communicator, both with children and adults
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm and positive in the face of challenges
- Experienced or knowledgeable in supporting children with autism – this would be beneficial, but not essential
