We are looking for someone who is:

  • Patient, caring, positive and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and sharing ideas
  • Willing to learn, take on feedback, and develop professionally
  • An excellent communicator, both with children and adults
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm and positive in the face of challenges
  • Experienced or knowledgeable in supporting children with autism – this would be beneficial, but not essential
