The Role: Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid | Oakham, Rutland. We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to support the execution of retention marketing activities across our portfolio of brands (Schoffel Country, Sherpa Adventure Gear, Keen Footwear UK). This is an exciting new role for someone with a strong interest in outdoor and digital marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn.

What you’ll Do:

  • Follow our email marketing calendar to build and schedule emails within our Email Service Provider (ESP) Klaviyo, following brand and CRM best practices.
  • Build, write, proofread and deliver email campaigns to agreed deadlines.
  • Support managing our databases and creating customer segments for ad-hoc campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Work closely with the Retention Lead on defining and executing the email marketing roadmap.
  • Help ideate and execute our test and learn plan, including A/B tests for BAU and automated emails.
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce, Creative and Brand teams to align with campaign launches.
  • Support delivery monthly campaign and database reporting and analysis, identifying trends, campaign learnings and ongoing recommendations to improve retention performance.
  • Support other members of the digital team when required (SEO content, social), allowing personal growth and experience in other areas of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in email marketing and CRM.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate ideas for new and compelling ways to present our brands.
  • Clear communication both written and verbal.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop a career in digital marketing.
  • Previous knowledge of analytic tools (GA4 or equivalent).
  • Experience with creative apps (Canva, Photoshop or other AI tools).

Nice to Have:

  • Interest in the outdoors, fashion and premium brands.
  • Familiarity with Email Service Providers (e.g. Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of email marketing metrics and performance reporting.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
