The role manages budgets, performance reporting, and optimisation, working closely with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver efficient, profitable growth. Success is driven through data-led decisionâmaking, continuous improvement, and strong crossâfunctional collaboration.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead performanceâdriven growth across a portfolio of four outdoor clothing and footwear brands (SchĂśffel Country, Keen Footwear UK, Sherpa Adventure Gear, Artilect Performance). You will own acquisition across PPC, paid social, affiliates, and SEO, leading a small team and working closely with brand, creative, ecom, and agency partners. This role is about delivering profitable growth through strong execution and continuous optimisation.
What Youâll Do
- Lead a performance marketing team across PPC, paid social, affiliates, and SEO
- Own fullâfunnel acquisition strategy across three brands
- Plan and manage marketing budgets to drive profitable customer growth (CAC, GM, LTV, ROI)
- Oversee campaign planning, testing, and optimisation across all performance channels
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to brief assets and share performance insight
- Manage external agencies alongside inâhouse specialists in a hybrid delivery model
- Deliver clear performance reporting, turning data into action
- Lead the SEO roadmap in collaboration with content and ecom
What Weâre Looking For
- 5+ yearsâ experience across performance marketing (PPC, paid social, affiliates)
- 2+ yearsâ experience delivering SEO projects
- Proven experience leading digital marketing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with handsâon budget management experience
- Confident collaborator with strong communication skills
- Dataâled, detailâfocused, and always looking for better ways to drive performance
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus or similar)

- Experience managing multiple brands
