We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team, supporting the growth of our outdoor brands following the launch of a new addition to the portfolio. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who sits between Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager level and is ready to take real ownership of projects. You’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality brand marketing activity – coordinating events, PR, trade marketing and photography, and working closely with internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life. If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced brand environment, this role will give you the scope and autonomy to really make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating and delivering outdoor brand events, trade shows, activations and retailer events
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for PR agencies and supporting product launches and press activity
- Supporting influencer, VIP and press activity, including sample loans and events
- Coordinating trade marketing and B2B activity, including POS, toolkits and retailer assets
- Organising and supporting seasonal photography shoots (studio and lifestyle)
- Supporting the delivery of seasonal campaigns across PR, trade, events and content
- Managing trackers, timelines and budgets across marketing activity
- Working closely with sales, creative, digital and external partners to ensure activity lands on time, on brand and on budget
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Experience in a brand marketing role (ideally within fashion, lifestyle or outdoor brands)
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Confident communicator, able to work with agencies, retailers and internal teams
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required
Nice to have:
- Experience delivering events and activations
- Experience working with PR agencies
- Full driving licence
- Marketing qualification
- Copywriting or proofreading experience
