Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and adapt creative assets for digital and print — from campaign layouts and brochures to social graphics — ensuring each design reflects the brand’s unique aesthetic.
  • Develop and edit engaging video content and motion graphics for use across social, digital, and in-store environments.
  • Maintain and evolve brand design systems, ensuring consistent use of typography, colour, and composition across all materials.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling layouts that balance creativity with clarity.
  • Optimise visual assets for performance across platforms, ensuring every file is crafted with precision and purpose.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand campaigns on schedule.

About You:

  • You’re a detail-driven designer with a deep appreciation for typography and structured layout.
  • You understand how composition and rhythm bring harmony to design and how visual hierarchy communicates meaning.
  • You’re both imaginative and precise — blending artistic flair with technical excellence.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (with motion/video editing experience).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typographic hierarchy, layout composition, and brand design.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • A deep understanding of visual hierarchy, and type pairing.
  • A confident grasp of brand identity and visual storytelling across multiple formats.
  • Understanding of web and social design performance best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects at once.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a passion for craft and detail.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor brands is highly desirable.
