Salary Range: £35,000 to £45,000 a year, commensurate with skills and experience.

Highlights:

  • Hybrid - Full-time (37.5 hrs Monday-Friday), minimum 3 days on-site in Oakham, Rutland LE15 6EA.

About the role: This role will be responsible for all aspects of garment technology within our Sherpa Outdoor Gear range. Reporting to the Head of Design/Product Development, you will ensure that the design-to-production process is carried out within a specified timeline.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, with excellent knowledge of fabric technologies, garment construction, fit, and sustainability practices, particularly in outdoor or performance wear.
  • Technical background in garment construction, with experience in pattern cutting and ePatterns.
