We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, from keeping a tidy sink and prep area to assisting our chef during busy times.
Responsibilities
- Washing and cleaning kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, food preparation areas, and storage areas.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling.
- Ensuring stock is stored correctly and kitchen areas are organised.
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
