Cook – Join Our New Coffee Shop Team
Location: Brookmans Park, Herts
Hours: Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend shift 45 hour week
Pay: £15 to £21 per hour. Negotiatble for the right candidate.

About Us
We\’re Bradmores Coffee, a brand-new independent coffee shop in the heart of Brookmans Park. We serve freshly made breakfasts and brunches in a friendly, relaxed space. As a new business, we love creativity and welcome fresh ideas — especially when it comes to seasonal specials and menu recommendations.

The Role
We\’re looking for someone who loves cooking simple, delicious food and takes pride in presentation. This isn\’t a high-pressure chef job — it\’s about making quality dishes with care, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and helping us build something special in the village.

You\’ll Be Doing

• Cooking and serving breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
• Suggesting new ideas and creating seasonal specials
• Keeping the kitchen spotless and food safe
• Labelling, storing, and rotating stock properly
• Working with the team to keep service running smoothly

You\’ll Bring

• Experience cooking in a café or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Passion for food and an eye for presentation
• A strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness
• Reliability, punctuality, and a friendly attitude
• Creativity and confidence to suggest new ideas
