🕒 Full-Time | 44–45 hrs/week | Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for skilled, time-served Welder Fabricators to support our growing workload across a wide variety of industries including agriculture, forestry, and construction.
- Workshop-based welding and fabrication
- Work includes: structural steel, trailer manufacture, machinery components, gates, and custom metalwork
- High-quality standards expected across all projects
- Overtime available
- Time-served Welder Fabricators with proven experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Confident working with MIG welding and heavy steel sections
- Practical, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
- Local applicants preferred due to workshop-based role
- Experience in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Skilled in metal fabrication, cutting, and shaping processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Experience with operating welding equipment and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications and a strong understanding of the engineering or construction industry are beneficial

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Appley Bridge for a Welder Fabricator. The Welder Fabricator will be responsible for performing welding operations, fabricating metal structures, assembling components, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Day-to-day tasks involve interpreting technical drawings, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and collaborating with the engineering team to meet project requirements.
