Role Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the estate agency branch, driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong leadership and property market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Generate new and repeat business through canvassing and networking
- Drive branch profitability and meet/exceed KPIs and budget targets
- Oversee property listings, brochures, and photography
- Negotiate sales and lettings offers effectively
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to in-house services such as mortgage advisors and conveyancers
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants and negotiators
- Conduct daily morning meetings and set clear performance expectations
- Monitor staff productivity and promote soft targets (e.g., referrals, reviews)
