We’re hiring at Bradleys Group – a well-established, family-run business operating across the engineering, construction, and agricultural sectors. As we continue to expand our dealer network, we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive new equipment sales across our PRINOTH UK dealer portfolio, including:

  • Crawler Carriers
  • Tracked Utility Vehicles

About the Role

This is a full-time, field‑based position ideally located near our Lancashire HQ, but we welcome applicants from across the UK who are happy to travel. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
  • Conducting client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals including trade in / part exchanges
  • Providing expert product knowledge and solutions with technical detail
  • Gathering customer feedback and understanding operator/service pain points
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new equipment sales
  • Strong understanding of industries using heavy plant machinery, including 360 excavators and attachments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Background in engineering, construction, or agriculture
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
