We’re hiring at Bradleys Group – a well-established, family-run business operating across the engineering, construction, and agricultural sectors. As we continue to expand our dealer network, we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive new equipment sales across our PRINOTH UK dealer portfolio, including:
- Crawler Carriers
- Tracked Utility Vehicles
About the Role
This is a full-time, field‑based position ideally located near our Lancashire HQ, but we welcome applicants from across the UK who are happy to travel. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Conducting client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals including trade in / part exchanges
- Providing expert product knowledge and solutions with technical detail
- Gathering customer feedback and understanding operator/service pain points
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in new equipment sales
- Strong understanding of industries using heavy plant machinery, including 360 excavators and attachments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Background in engineering, construction, or agriculture
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
