The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Head of Property Services, we are looking for experienced conveyancers to manage their own caseload from instruction to completion including:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of client care
Proven ability to manage a caseload. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on client service. You should be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a residential property conveyancing caseload and will be confident and happy to build and maintain relationships with local agents and referral partners. Ideally, candidates will have local knowledge of, and experience working within, the Worcestershire area.
