This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards your APC and RICS accreditation. You will work alongside our experienced surveyors on a wide variety of valuation projects across commercial, residential, and specialist property sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with property inspections, research, and report preparation.
  • Supporting senior team members with valuations for loan security, accounts, tax, and other professional purposes.
  • Undertaking market analysis and data collection.
  • Developing client relationships through professional, accurate, and timely service.
  • Contributing to the wider success of the Leeds office and the Bradley Hall network.
