This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards your APC and RICS accreditation. You will work alongside our experienced surveyors on a wide variety of valuation projects across commercial, residential, and specialist property sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with property inspections, research, and report preparation.
- Supporting senior team members with valuations for loan security, accounts, tax, and other professional purposes.
- Undertaking market analysis and data collection.
- Developing client relationships through professional, accurate, and timely service.
- Contributing to the wider success of the Leeds office and the Bradley Hall network.
- Ambition to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor through the RICS pathway.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
