We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is a key role responsible for supporting the promotion of the business across our Offices and service lines, helping to develop brand awareness, drive lead generation and support recruitment and employer brand initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied remit including digital marketing, content creation, events and internal communications within a collaborative professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Digital & Content Marketing: Plan, produce and schedule engaging content across social media channels to promote our services, case studies, vacancies and company news. Write and edit copy for blogs, newsletters, website pages and email campaigns ensuring tone and messaging are consistent with our brand. Support website content updates and SEO best practice to improve visibility and user experience. Monitor and report on digital performance using analytics tools, making recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation: Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across services and geographies, including targeted email and paid social activity. Assist with production of marketing collateral and proposal materials for business development and tender activities. Maintain CRM/marketing lists and support segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness and lead nurturing.
- Events & PR: Coordinate logistics for events, seminars and client-facing activity, including venue booking, invites and on-the-day support. Support media relations and local PR initiatives, drafting press releases and liaising with journalists and industry contacts where required.
- Employer Branding & Internal Communications: Develop content to support recruitment marketing and employer brand activity, collaborating with HR on vacancy campaigns and careers events. Support internal communications to ensure colleagues are informed of company news, achievements and opportunities.
- Marketing Operations & Administration: Manage asset libraries, imagery and template documents to ensure brand consistency across offices. Coordinate external suppliers and agencies for design, print and digital services as required. Track marketing spend and support budget administration and reporting.
- Proven experience in a marketing role within professional services, property, or a related B2B environment is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional content for different audiences.
- Practical experience of social media management, email marketing platforms and basic SEO principles.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CMS, CRM or marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a keen attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in property and professional services, and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth and recruitment.
