Key Responsibilities- Provide professional valuation services across a variety of property types, ensuring compliance with RICS standards.
- Conduct property inspections, undertake due diligence, gather comparable evidence, and prepare detailed RICSâcompliant valuation reports.
- Support Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, for both new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, assisting in establishing and nurturing new client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated property solutions.
- RICS Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer status.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial valuations.
- Strong track record in client management and business development.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Ambitious, selfâmotivated, and adaptable.
