We are excited to announce that as a result of the continued success of our Asbestos Removal Services nationally, we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative in the West Midlands
Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio of partners, Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to join our Asbestos Removal Team to oversee and carry out non-licensed asbestos removal works.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Working under the instruction of the Asbestos Removal Supervisor at all times.
- Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standard at all times preventing and reducing the spread and/or exposure of asbestos
- Complying at all times with company method statements, risk assessments, policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, welfare and security of all
- Ensuring compliance with all current asbestos and health and safety legislative requirements
- Professionally liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders at all times
- Completing and signing all relevant paperwork to ensure all legislative, licensable and financial requirements are met.
- Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy services

Full training will be provided in house for the right candidates.
Successful Applicants Must Possess The Following Attributes
- Be able to develop an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related works
- Competent in completing, understanding, and strictly abiding to method statements, risk assessments, company policies and procedures.
- Hold a full clean driving license.
- Able to deliver good customer service in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detail
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, some weekends maybe required
What We Can Offer You
- Competitive salary starting at £26,665.60
- Generous out of hours policy, time and a half in the week and £20 per hour on a weekend (minimum of 4 hours paid)

- A company pension, into which we contribute 3% of qualifying earnings
- 22 days of annual leave (long service award applied at 3 and 5 years)
- An additional day of annual leave for your birthday, or the closest working day to your birthday
