In accordance with HSG:264: The Survey Guide, carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types.
Reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other Consultancies).
Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects.
Supervision of Asbestos removal projects.
Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy services.
Person Specification
- Preferably two years relevant industry experience.
- Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG:248 & HSG:264.
- Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detail.
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related works.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Full driving licence.
- IT literate (experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given).

- Competitive salary between £31,990.40 and £43,555.20 per annum dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications (London weightings are determined by post code).

Kick Start Your Career with a £4,000.00 Joining Fee
Bradley Environmental Consultants will pay a joining fee of £4,000.00 to qualified candidates who apply directly to the company, are offered a position and commence employment for a minimum period of 12 months’ continuous service.
