We are recruiting qualified Asbestos Surveyors, Analysts and Consultants to join our team in Blackpool. Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio, we are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to carry out site work on behalf of our regional offices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients across various building types in accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide.
- Conduct reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys undertaken by both BECL and other consultancies.
- Perform air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects.
- Supervise asbestos removal projects.
- Represent Bradley Environmental Consultants professionally to our clients, providing specialist advice and consultancy services.
Person Specification
- Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience.
- Working knowledge of HSG 248 and HSG 264.
- Excellent communication, client liaison and report‐writing skills with a keen focus on detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos‐related works.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Full driving licence.
- IT literate; experience with Teams is an advantage but not essential (full training provided).

- Competitive salary between £28,225.60 and £38,438.40 per annum, dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
