As a result of the growth of our national and key accounts department, an internal vacancy has arisen for a Key Account Project Coordinator who will be working alongside the Key Account Managers and Project Coordinators to facilitate and deliver asbestos, water hygiene, and fire risk assessment services to a range of clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist and support client Key Account Managers in managing day‐to‐day operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Provide administrative support for both planned and reactive asbestos, water hygiene and fire risk assessments.
- Coordinate collaboration between Key Accounts, client stakeholders, and third‐party contractors within the supply chain.
- Actively monitor and update client portals for workstreams, work instructions, purchase orders, and scheduled invoicing, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Schedule client workstreams, including periodic re‐inspections, asbestos surveys, analytical works, legionella, and fire risk assessments; liaise with regional offices, arrange appointments, schedule on the TEAMS diary, and track report progress to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Compile and submit invoice schedules for individual works as well as larger projects.
Person Specification
- Foster a collaborative team environment by providing support and coverage for colleagues as needed, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a high level of literacy.
- Be able to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Previous experience with TEAMS (The Electronic Asbestos Management System) is desirable but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
What We Can Offer You
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0800‐1630 with a 30‐minute unpaid break for lunch.
- Salary: Negotiable, ranging from £26,499.20 to £27,726.40 per annum (depending on previous experience and qualifications).
- Company‐paid healthcare (long‐service award applies at 3 and 5 years).
- Company pension: 3% of qualifying earnings contributed.
- 22 days of annual leave (long‐service award applies at 3 and 5 years).
- Additional day of annual leave for your birthday or the closest working day.
- Paid statutory bank holidays (8 days).
