Bradley David Associates are working with our leading client on the search for an Interior Designer and Sales Consultant in the Maldon, Essex area. If you have a strong background in Interior Sales & Design and a passion for contemporary interiors, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape inspiring living spaces for our clients' customers.
Salary: £33,000
Bonus: paid on each project's profit
Working Hours:
- Every Saturday: 9:00–17:00
- Four weekdays: 8:30–17:30

As an Interior Designer & Style Consultant, you will:
- Advise, design and style client interiors, transforming rooms with creative, design-led solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through outstanding product knowledge and personalised service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding customers confidently through their design journey.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Sales-focused, collaborative and naturally engaging.
- Experienced in interior-led sales, with a genuine passion for modern design.
- Confident communicating with clients and presenting design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use our extensive showroom ranges to design and style complete interior schemes, advising on furniture layouts, lighting, wall coverings, window treatments and home accessories.
- Produce and present creative mood boards and scaled floor plans to communicate design concepts.
- Prepare detailed project quotations and costings.
- Manage projects from initial quotation through to final completion.
- Work towards clear sales targets and performance goals.
