Bradley David Associates is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and commercially driven digital leader who will shape and deliver the company’s digital marketing strategy. This is a high-impact, senior role with ownership of the web experience across UK platforms and responsibility for driving digital performance, transformation and growth. The ideal candidate will have Financial or Professional Services experience. You’ll play a key role in enhancing digital presence, improving customer journeys and maximising the impact of digital channels to support business objectives. Leading a talented team, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to build capability, optimise performance and deliver measurable results.

The Role

  • Own and evolve the company’s digital marketing strategy, with full accountability for the web front end across UK sites. You’ll define user journeys, content strategy and web infrastructure to improve engagement, conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive digital growth and transformation. Lead the development and execution of the digital roadmap, increasing the impact of channels such as SEO, personalisation and marketing automation. You’ll also build digital capability across the wider marketing team through training and support.
  • Deliver performance and insight. Set clear KPIs and performance targets across all digital activity. Using data and insight, you’ll continuously optimise performance, improve ROI and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team. Manage and develop a team of digital specialists, ensuring the right skills, structure and ways of working are in place. You’ll also own the digital budget, prioritising investment to maximise commercial value.
  • Collaborate across business and technology. Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, IT and the wider business, as well as external partners, to deliver scalable, effective digital solutions. You’ll act as the key link between marketing and technology, ensuring strong governance and delivery.

About You

  • You’re a strategic digital leader with a strong track record in financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment. You combine deep technical expertise with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
  • You’ll bring proven experience in a senior digital marketing or e-commerce role, including leading transformation programmes.
  • A strong track record of delivering data-driven strategies that improve traffic, engagement, conversion and lead generation.
  • Broad digital marketing expertise across SEO, PPC, email, social and content.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (ideally Umbraco), analytics tools and marketing technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions and outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with IT teams and external digital or technology partners.
