The Lead Junior Pipeline TD will be a pivotal role in our client's state-of-the-art central London studio, giving the successful candidate the exciting opportunity to work on high production TV and film projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Pipeline TD to problem solve and add features to our client's existing pipeline.
- Use your skills to create tools and workflows that support VFX artists and the VFX Production department, ensuring a smooth flow of production and meeting client delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Python coding for VFX applications such as ShotGrid Toolkit, Nuke, Hiero/NukeStudio, Maya, Houdini, Deadline Render Management System, Flask, Pyside/QT.
- Prior experience working within the VFX environment or pipeline.
- Strong coding knowledge in Python.
- A technical mindset and proactive attitude, eager to learn and improve.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and drives the studio to success.
- Good listening skills and ability to take instructions.
- Confidence to ask for help in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, develop, drive change, and create/open documentation.
- Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a technical VFX degree, or Animation.
