Bradley David Associates is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead our clients technical department, driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global event production operations. This is a leadership role where you'll oversee technical strategy, manage international teams, and ensure technology and processes remain industry‐leading.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop the technical department strategy
  • Oversee all technical aspects of event delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Advise senior stakeholders on technology and investment decisions

Operations & Team Management

  • Manage and mentor technical teams across the UK and USA
  • Coordinate workloads and ensure efficient project delivery
  • Maintain high standards across warehouse and onsite operations
  • Ensure consistency across international teams

Budget & Financial Oversight

  • Manage technical budgets and forecasting
  • Oversee procurement, outsourcing, and supplier negotiations
  • Report financial performance and forecasts to leadership

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Oversee technical inventory systems and asset tracking
  • Ensure equipment is maintained, compliant, and ready for deployment
  • Forecast equipment needs and manage lifecycle (purchase/disposal)
