We are looking for a modern, engaging and vibrant experience Security Supervisor to oversee access control and visitor experience. You will have the day to day responsibility for the team working in a luxurious and prestigious end London location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards of performance and welfare for the team in accordance with company policies.
- Support the Operations team in the continuous review and implementation of security management best practice for the team.
- Deliver an amazing Guest Experience in a high profile environment.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of the principles, processes and outcomes of working with Quality Assurance systems.
- Manage excellent relationships with our clients, suppliers, and other tenants within the property.
- Be computer literate.
- Have excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Be able to work unsupervised and take responsibility.
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Pre- and Post shift handover procedures.
- Uniform and deportment of site based staff.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- SIA license guarding or door supervision. Dual license of CCTV is preferable.
- A proven track record of delivering excellence in security operations.
- Demonstrate excellence in both oral and written communication.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant company and security policies.
- Capable of managing change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision.
- Communicate instructions from senior management and ensure these are implemented throughout the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly.
- Outstanding motivational and people management skills.
- Previous experience working for a company in the retail/hospitality sector in a Security/Customer Service management role.
- Supervisory Experience.
- The position requires a vigilant individual with impeccable high standards, positive attitude and immaculate presentation.
