We are seeking engaging and professional receptionists to provide relief cover across our portfolio of high-end corporate buildings in London. This role requires flexibility, as you will be covering multiple locations, primarily in the City and the West End.
As the first point of contact, you will represent our company with energy, professionalism, and a welcoming presence. You will be responsible for managing reception duties efficiently while ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, tenants, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional reception cover across various corporate sites in London.
- Welcome and assist clients, tenants, and visitors with a high level of customer service.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general reception duties.
- Coordinate visitor access, maintain security protocols, and ensure reception areas remain presentable.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Immaculate presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Flexibility to work at different locations across London.
- Reliable commute to Greater London.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (required).

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (various shifts, typically between 8 AM – 6 PM)
- Up to 10+ hour shifts when required
- Must be fully flexible within these hours
