Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential. This may include working with SEN children delivering bespoke learning activities.
- Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Track and report on children’s progress, working closely with teachers to adapt support strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school. Other experience will be considered.
- Patience and empathy to support children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education and child development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of children and the school.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
