Are you someone who will work well in a team to ensure our school is a safe, welcoming and purposeful to learning? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join Bradgate Education Partnership at Swallowdale Primary School as a Premises Officer, working 15 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be required to work on Thursdays and Fridays, from 7am with flexibility around the split shift arrangement. As our Premises Officer, you will:
- Consistently model the school's values and vision, recognising the vital role you play in creating a safe, welcoming, and successful environment for all.
- Take pride in maintaining the highest standards across the school site and premises, ensuring the environment is safe, secure, clean, and well-presented.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, contractors, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a range of practical skills for minor maintenance and repair
- Have a good working knowledge of using IT and computers for a variety of purposes
- Have a good understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
- Be ready to work in a team and use their own initiative
- Be focused on problem resolution
- Be flexible to undertake tasks as needed
