Job responsibilities:
- Supervise and support children during lunchtime and playtime activities. Encourage and model positive behaviour, good manners and respect for others. Proactively engage children in a variety of fun and inclusive activities. Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure every child enjoys a positive lunchtime experience.
Ideal candidate:
- Be able to work well within a team as well as use their own initiative
- Be able to communicate with adults and children effectively
- Be motivated to support the children; developing personal, social and language skills.
- Understood the importance of making everyone feel as though they belong.
