Bradgate Education Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the Trust HR team on a permanent basis, 37 hours per week, to support Headteachers, senior leaders and managers across our schools.
You will deliver high-quality HR services, handling employee relations, recruitment, attendance management, wellbeing and organisational change, and work closely with the Director of HR to improve practices and analyse workforce data.
