An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated HR professional to join Bradgate Education Partnership, as our Senior HR Manager on a permanent basis, for 37 hours per week.

Working closely with the Director of HR, you will play a key strategic role in leading the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Trust.

You will provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, lead workforce initiatives and HR projects, and support the development and implementation of people strategies that contribute to organisational success.

If so, we would love to hear from you., The successful candidate will have significant experience of providing strategic HR leadership, a strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and the ability to influence and support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent HR services, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,

  • Have a CIPD qualification (Level 7 or above) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Be a highly experienced HR professional with substantial expertise in employee relations, employment law and HR best practice.
  • Have experience of providing strategic HR advice and influencing senior leaders within a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have experience of developing and implementing HR policies, workforce strategies and organisational change initiatives.
  • Be confident managing complex and sensitive people matters with professionalism, tact and sound judgement.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical people solutions.
  • Be committed to promoting an inclusive, positive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Have access to a vehicle and the ability to travel between Trust sites where required.
