We are searching for the best education professionals to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at The Roundhill Academy as a SEN Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis for 28.75 hours per week. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting young people, working closely under the guidance of the SENDCO and the wider SEND team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our highly successful provision.

The role involves delivering small group interventions, as well as planning, delivering, and monitoring targeted activities designed to support students with a range of SEND needs. You will also provide literacy and numeracy support and play an active part in the whole school implementation of the Thrive approach, for which full training will be provided.
