An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Trust Central Team as an Estates & Compliance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the delivery of statutory compliance and estates management services across the Trust.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring that all Trust buildings, facilities, and grounds are safe, compliant, well‑maintained, and fit for purpose, providing high-quality learning and working environments for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will provide expert leadership and advice on all aspects of estates management and compliance, ensuring the Trust meets its statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with school leaders, contractors, and external agencies, you will oversee compliance programmes, manage maintenance and improvement projects, and contribute to the strategic development of the Trust's estate.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance across a range of areas, including health and safety, fire safety, asbestos management, water hygiene, electrical and gas safety, security, and premises‑related risk management.
The role also includes overseeing contractor performance, ensuring value for money, and driving continuous improvement in estates and facilities management across all Trust sites.

- Significant experience in estates, facilities, or compliance management.
- Experience managing statutory compliance within a complex organisation.
