An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Church Hill Infant School as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) within an EYFS setting. As a Learning Support Assistant in our EYFS setting, you will play a vital role in helping our youngest learners grow, explore, and thrive. Working closely with the class teacher, you will support individual pupils and small groups through engaging, play-based learning that sparks curiosity and builds essential skills. You'll assist with daily routines, and ensure every child feels safe, included, and valued. This is more than a support role; it's a chance to make a lasting impact in a child's early education journey and become a cherished part of a nurturing, forward-thinking school community.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a genuine passion for supporting early childhood development
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (and has previously worked in a school setting)
  • Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Be reliable, organised, and committed to the school's values and ethos
  • Have previous experience of leading large groups and/or whole classes
