We’re now looking for a Yard Assistant / Relief LGV Driver to join our team in Ross on Wye. You'll be someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role both in the yard and out on the road. This is a busy and varied position where you’ll help keep the branch running smoothly.
- Supporting customers in the yard, picking and preparing orders, and keeping everything safe and organised.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, receiving stock, and helping maintain a tidy working environment.
- Completing multi-drop deliveries as a Relief LGV Driver, ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time.
- Providing excellent customer service at every stage, both in the branch and out on deliveries.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll need:
- A strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- A practical, hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
- A full Class C UK driving licence and valid DQC for driving duties.
