Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is a leading independent builders’ merchant based across the South West of England. We know our strength lies in our people and the service we offer and we continue to build on this by bringing great people into our teams. We are looking for a Tool Hire Fitter/ Driver to join our great team in Redruth.
Within this role you will ensure customers receive exceptional service every time. You will deliver the highest level of service and guarantee Health and Safety compliance, whilst ensuring you remain sales and results focused. Alongside this, you will ensure that all fleet items are serviced and maintained to the highest standard and carry out deliveries and collections. You will be servicing and testing a wide range of tools, both mechanical and electrical, as well as providing a service for customers who require their own tools to be repaired.
The successful candidate will possess a good mechanical knowledge and preferably some experience of working in a Tool Hire environment. Excellent customer service skills are also key along with the ability to work well under pressure and to work to timeframes.
In return, we offer 30 days annual leave a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) with that rising to 33 days a year once you have completed a years’ service.
