We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one‑to‑one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings, including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.

About you:

Do you have experience of working to holistically address the identified needs of children and young people aged 0‑19 in paid or voluntary capacity? Do you hold at least an L3 qualification in Health and Social Care or an equivalent? If so, you are encouraged to apply.
