We are looking for a driven and results-oriented SDR / Lead Generator to support our team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating work in telecoms, architecture, renewable energy and general engineering. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record and a high conversion rate of success as a lead generator.
Key duties:- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients using online tools, databases, and social platforms.
- Research ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and construction projects aligned with company capabilities, identifying opportunities for sector expansion.
- Generate new business leads through outbound strategies, including cold outreach (email and phone), social selling, and networking.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up to develop future opportunities.
- Qualify leads by assessing technical requirements, business needs, and budget suitability.
- Manage and respond to inbound enquiries and follow up on marketing campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Research and data analysis ability.
