Our client brings a level of service and business value to midsize companies that was previously only available to the largest global corporations. Their services are easy to deploy, affordable, and scalable — from basic payroll and accounting functions to complete employer of record (EOR) solutions.
They are seeking a strategic, results-driven Global Solutions Consultant to advise clients on international expansion using their full suite of services—including Global Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions. In this consultative role, you’ll work closely with prospects to understand their global challenges and deliver tailored solutions that simplify operations and drive growth.
You will bring a strategic and results-driven approach with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of global business processes, country-specific regulations, and international expansion strategies.
- Business Development
- Engage with prospective clients to identify tailored solutions, advising on optimal country selection based on business needs and talent availability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue for EOR, Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders (CFOs, CPOs), navigating complex enterprise sales cycles to successfully close deals.
- Product & Industry Expertise
- Stay ahead of global expansion trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings.
- Guide clients through global entity setup, payroll, accounting, and HR compliance processes.
- Offer expert counsel on international market entry, including tax incentives, corporate structuring, and operational efficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, operations, and solution consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Design customized client solutions in partnership with internal teams to meet specific business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.
