They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Human Resources Specialist to join their dynamic international team. Within this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations within the department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes and employment legislation. Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, memos, and presentations as needed Coordinate and maintain payroll and benefits administration in compliance with legislation Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee files, both physical and digital, in compliance with UK employment legislation Assist in the organisation of internal events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives. Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with employment legislation and internal policies Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in employee records Previous administrative experience within a human resources setting is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ~2-4 years of experience in an HR support role ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems ~ Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in the UK
