Our client brings a level of service and business value to midsize companies that was previously only available to the largest global corporations. Their services are easy to deploy, affordable, and scalable — from basic payroll and accounting functions to complete employer of record (EOR) solutions.
They are seeking a strategic, results-driven Global Solutions Consultant to advise clients on international expansion using their full suite of services—including Global Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions. Engage with prospective clients to identify tailored solutions, advising on optimal country selection based on business needs and talent availability.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue for EOR, Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions. Stay ahead of global expansion trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings. Guide clients through global entity setup, payroll, accounting, and HR compliance processes. Offer expert counsel on international market entry, including tax incentives, corporate structuring, and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with marketing, legal, operations, and solution consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.
