Job Description
We are delighted to share this role on behalf of the Royal National Children's Springboard Foundation (RNCSF) who Bradford Grammar School are working alongside. We are seeking a term time only, Regional Coordinator to support the relationship between RNCSF and local schools in the North East to secure independent day and boarding school bursary placements and access to partnership activities for care experienced children (CEVC). The post holder who be involved in engaging school stakeholders by attracting suitable school partners and being a powerful advocate for the programme.
The successful candidate will need to use their excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders in Local Authorities and schools, ensuring the continued success of the “Broadening Educational Pathways” programme – a Department for Education programme delivered by RNCSF. As you will be responsible for all applications in your region it is also essential that you are organised and efficient, with superb time management skills.
You will be joining a dynamic, vibrant team of 8 Regional Coordinators who operate all over the country but who work closely together, via Teams, to support CEVC into bursary places in independent day and boarding schools. Our regional coordinators work out of a local host school (with some remote working possible). This position will be based at Bradford Grammar School. The role is for 2 - 2.5days per week, term time only. You will need to be available for up to 10 ‘in person’ days, and some travel may be required for this (for which you will be reimbursed). You will report into the Head of Bursary Activity as part of the Programmes Team at RNCSF.
