Licensing Business Support Officer
1 x 37 hours per week
Temporary
Based at Shearbridge Depot, BD7 1PU
To provide admin support to the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Service team at Shearbridge Depot, and to carry out a wide range of administrative duties to help provide a flexible and pro-active service to the licensed trade.
You will:
- Provide support to the Licensing Service and ensure that all administrative tasks are done in compliance with various Legislative standards and departmental policies, procedures and regulations.
- Interrogate and maintain a range of information systems and databases, completing enquiries as appropriate and inline with service user guidelines and procedures.
- Be competent in a wide range of IT packages relating to the area of work.
- Communicate well across a wide range of mediums, ensuring excellent customer service, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organise diaries and meetings, taking minutes and publishing them.
- Produce & organise supporting files, which may be for court purposes.
