An opportunity has arisen within Catering and Cleaning Services for an Assistant Chef Manager to join the team at the above site.
You will assist the Chef Manager in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring effective instruction and deployment of staff in their duties takes place, also performing varied hands-on duties.
The following qualifications are desirable or essential for this post:-
Desirable â NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation or equivalent i.e. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2
âSuccessful candidate will be expected to complete NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation or equivalentwithin 2 years of commencing employmentâ.
Essential â Intermediate Food Hygiene
Permanent and term time unless stated
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check.
